Travel guidance
Our trains can get extremely busy during popular sporting events at Wembley. Please allow extra time for boarding and ticket and reservation checks.
For evening kick-offs, please be mindful of the time of the last train out of London King's Cross. If your match is delayed or goes into extra time, you may not make it back in time for your booked train.
Follow the advice for dates below to help make your journey with us as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We recommend that you plan ahead. If your ticket does not have a seat reservation, you can make one by visiting lner.co.uk/travel-information/make-a-reservation or travel at a quieter time so you can secure one for a more comfortable journey.
If you’re travelling for the football, enjoy the match and best of luck! Please bear in mind not everyone travelling on your train will be going to the football, so please be kind to our staff who are here to help and please be considerate of our other customers travelling.
